| Minutes of Meeting | 2-3 pm : Pres Tushar, First Lady Deepali, CS Aparna , Treasurer Atul, PE NIlesh, met together with AG for Documents Verification @ Aparna’s office. 3-4 pm AG conducted the meeting with the BOD on Zoom. 2. He guided us to mention that Satellite club & Patas Club will be launched soon in our presentation, and to make AOP for PAN card of Patas club. 3. He appreciated the Club Budget. 4. He suggested that for change of Signatories of Trust, a Change Report be submitted without fail to Charity Commissioner 5. He suggested to upload the satellite club members on the website. 6. He suggested to demarcate the Signature Projects of the club. 7. In PI Avenue he suggested all members display a soft foam board saying I AM A PROUD ROTARIAN in their offices or homes. 8. He appreciated Nilesh’s idea of Display of Brass boards outside the houses, a la army personnels 9. In Synergy Avenue , AG suggested us to take up a Global Grant project in synergy with a Senior club. 10. He was impressed by the Rotary Forest Concept , suggested to Rope in other Clubs as well. 11. Over all he was very satisfied and happy with our club’s performance. 12. Suggested to call a few members of newly formed Club for DG visit. 13. Prospective members can be called to DG visit meeting 14. Foundation Donors can be felicitated on meeting day. |
