Minutes of Meeting	Planning for the next three years with PP and next four year presidents [11:24, 20/03/2022] Tushar Kolhe: Minutes of Strategic Planning Meet Dt :18 /08/21 Wednesday. Time : 7.30 pm -8.30 pm Attended by : PE Nilesh, Prez Tushar ,CS Aparna, IPP Arpita , Club Trainer Pramodji, PNE-(2)Shilpa Shinde Planning for next 3 Months: 1. For Happy Schools , Two schools shortlisted: a ZP school in Bavdhan & another in Nandgaon. 2. Arpita will approach Bavdhan ZP School & Tushar the Nandgaon School to get the details of the Needs & Possibility of doing our Happy School project over there. Needs could be: Infra Structure, Activities for Students, Kitchen Amenities, Training for Teachers, Students Skill Development etc . 3. Time limit for ZP school info :19 Aug 21 Nandgaon :26 Aug 21 4. Membership of Different Classifications will be the taken up seriously. In the next 3 yrs; the Desired Membership number is 75. 5. For CSR funding Find a point of contact in Corporate sector , to take direction from the District. 6. For PI purpose , to Form Face Book Page for CAT/DOG pictures , Run a monthly/ Quarterly Contest for Beautiful Face in different categories. Nilesh Shilpa & Prachi to take initiative. Deadline for FB Page to be opened :3 Sept 21 7. To Take baby steps for identifying a CSR/GLOBAL GRANT Projects. 8. A meeting between “Strategic Plan Committee” & “Membership Team” has to be planned shortly.
