| Minutes of Meeting | RCPBE BOD MEETING : Monday 4 October 21 Virtual , @7.30 pm 11 directors attended. Attendees : President Tushar , CS Aparna, Tr Atul , IPP Arpita , Pramodji, Chandrakantji, Smeeta, Tejashree, Nilesh, Shilpa ,Beena MINUTES OF MEETING 1. Patas Installation confirmed on 16 Oct 21 , @ 11 am , Patas DGE Dr Anil Parmar has agreed to be the Chief Guest. 2. All Women Satellite Club Installation to be held on Sunday ,24 Oct 21 @ TBT. Morning time. DGND Shital Shah has agreed to be the Chief Guest. 3. On the same occasion new members will be inducted : Ravindra Choudhary, Prashant Choudhary, Yogesh Deshpande, A. Chalukya, Sachin ( ghar wapasi:- Dr Aparna will be Ann ) as RCPBE members. Biodata of Sachin/ Aparna Joshi to be put up on the Group. 4. Installation Will be looked into by MEMBERSHIP TEAM. 5. RCPBE to participate in the Synergy with RCP West’s Project of CYCLE RALLY on 23 Oct 21. 6. Youth Avenue director to take up Waste Segregation & Green Project of planting saplings in mud kulhads as the schools have opened from 4 Oct 21. 7. Under Avenue Service Project , our club can take up E Waste collection project. 8. Under PI avenue, Rotary Name Plates will be sponsored by the club ; to be put up at the entrance of Club Rotarian’s Residents/ Office. Extra plate can be availed on payment on individual basis. 9. NewT-Shirts to be made this year , Shilpa S has taken up the responsibility If anyone feels some point is to be added to the agenda; pls communicate on my window |
