| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of JANUARY 2022 - BOD meeting on zoom Dt : 3/1/022 Time 8 pm to 9 pm Attendees : Aparna , Chandrakantji, Pramodji, Smeetaji, Nileshji , Arpitaji, Shilpaji, Tejashreeji, Atulji , Beenaji, Vishwasji Avchat, Patas club Pres Rupanwarji , Patas Secretary Ashokji Bandishti. (1) Last BOD meeting Minutes were passed. (2) Notice of collection of last 2 instalments of Club Fees cheques as decided will be shared on general group by Treasurer Atul & request the members to hurry up. (3) Service Project of distributing first 100 Reusable Sanitary Napkins will be conducted in CDG school & with 8 th std girls in view in the month of January; in co-ordination with Club’s New Gen Director. • Sanitary Napkins to be ordered immediately by Service Director • District person will deliver a lecture in person on importance of the Reusable SN. (4) Public Image & Membership Project of Pets with Shilpa as the Convenor is shaping up well, Estimated expenses for the project is around 32k , plus or minus a few ( sanctioned) Virangula Kendr is finalised. Date 6 February 2022, time 10.30 am to 1 pm. (5) As per Districts insistence Patas Club Members were invited by GSR Smeeta & 3 members President, Secretary& PE attended to get the know how of the BOD |
