| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of BOD meeting 8 Feb 2022 @7.30 pm on Zoom Attendees : Tushar, Aparna, Atul, Nilesh, Pramod ji, Chandrakant ji, Smeeta, Shilpa, Gauri, Beena. 1. Many Members are yet to pay the Membership Dues , Treasurer will remind them AGAIN. 2. Amount of ₹ 198651.10 will be transfered by Treasurer to Rotary International as RI dues for 55 members. 3. AGM to be held on 16th Feb 2022 on Zoom@ 7 pm -8.30 pm. IMP :- Directors to share with President their Project Details & send at least 2 different projects pictures for making a presentation. 4. Service Project : (Reusable Sanitary Pads Project )date for doing the Project is to be obtained from CDG school by New Gen Director ; she will be in sync with the Service Project Director. 5. Public Image : Rotary Name plates will be shortly made and Director PI ( ie PE & CS Elect ) will hand them over personally to every Rotarian ( subscriber) . 6. New Dates for On Going Vocational Project : “Furry Friends” ; a Project for Membership & PI ; fixed for Sunday 3 April 2022, work to gain momentum. 7. Meeting to be set with Bajaj Allianz for Major Sponsorship for the project ; within next week, Membership Dir Chandrakant Nemade to take lead in this matter. 8. T Shirts are ready , actual cost ₹360/- charged cost ₹400/ ; surplus ₹40/ will go to the sunshine box, Approved by the BOD. 9. Under Service ( Community) Project & Happy School project , PP Chandrakant Nemade will sponsor for “Green Mats” & “Construct 2 Toilet Blocks” @ the Kalamahet school - near Paud on Mulshi Rd .. It is a Pre-requisite of getting an ISO Certificate also ; Date to visit Nandgaon School to be fixed within a week. 10. 2-3 prospective members to be visited at home by Membership Director & Team. |
