| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of AGM for the year 2021-22 held on 16 Feb 2022 on Zoom & 7 -9 pm Attended by 20 members . Waited till the quorum was 50% ie 20 and started the meeting 1. Last year’s 2020-21 MOM were approved. Proposed : PE Nilesh Seconded : PP Arpita 2. Last years 2020-21 Audited Accounts & Annual Reports were presented & explained by Treasurer Atul. Proposed by PP Arpita : & Seconded by : C G Nemade 3. In the Club Bye Law :- (i) Name of Satellite club of RCPBE“ “Rotary Satellite Club of Pune Bavdhan Elite Women”………is To be added to the Club By Laws & (ii) Name of Satellite Club of Patas to be removed from our club bye law. Proposed : Rtn Pramodji & Seconded : First Lady Rtn Deepali. 4. Projects of the first half of the current Rotary year 2021-22 reviewed . 5. Club Accounts in the First Half of the year 2021-22 reviewed. 6. PE Nilesh presented his BOD 2022-23 , Proposed : Shrikant Sonar & Seconded : PP Smeeta Shitole. 7. Trustees for the year 2022-23 were presented by President Tushar:- Trustees are : Atul Patil, Smeeta Shitole,Rajesh Shinde,Chandrakant Nemade,Arpita Guha, Tushar Kolhe, Yogesh Bhangale with Nilesh Zoting & Aparna Mahajan as Invitee Trustees. Proposed by : PP C G Nemade Seconded by : Rtn Deepa 8. Approved to continue with CA Amol Majgaonkar as the auditor & accountant of ‘RCPBE’ from 1 July 2022 - 31 Jun2023 & also the ‘Trust’ for the year 2022-23 from 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2023 & his Fees would be as follows :- 1) For Audit fees of Rotary Club is 2500 + GST 450 = total ₹ 2,950 (2) Audit fees of Rotary Trust 5,000 + GST 900 = total ₹ 5,900 Proposed by : Rtn Gauri Approved by : PE Nilesh 9. It was suggested by PP Rajesh Shinde that membership fees be raised from ₹15000 to ₹19000, with increased amount of 4K of every member, every year to go to Foundation. However this suggestion is under consideration , it is to be discussed in a separate meeting and concluded. 10. Under “To Do Projects” review of ; this year’s “Membership & PI Project :-Furry Friend Pets Project” to become a signature project of the Club & every incoming President to raise the bar every year. 11. Also , Happy School Project to start at schools of Kalamshet & Nandgaon : toilet blocks & other kitchen amenities to be given by RCPBE.
