| Minutes of Meeting | MINUTES OF BOD MEETING of 25.2.2022 on Zoom BOD - Friday 25.2.2022 Zoom meeting @ 7.30 pm Attended by Rtn : Tushar, Aparna, Atul, Arpita, Shilpa, Tejashree, Pramodji, Smeeta, Beena, Prachi, Yogesh, Rajesh, Gauri 1. President received resignation of membership from the member Nilesh Zoting on 23 February 2022. BOD was called and the letter was tabled. This resignation submitted after Nilesh Zoting confessed and accepted misbehavior with a lady Roatarian of the club during a Informal meeting of club in Restaurant Coco Rico , Bhugaon in the evening of dated Friday 18. 2.2022 . He confessed this misbehavior, when the incidence was discussed with him in the presence of President Tushar Kolhe, PP Chandrakant Nemade and PP Smeeta Shitole. After accepting the misbehavior he offered to resign from the club. The BOD discussed the resignation and decided to formally expel Nilesh Zoting from the club. The misbehavior of such kind is unacceptable of a Rotarian and against Rotary International's code of conduct of Rotarians. The Victim's name is not mentioned in this MOM to avoid any adverse comments by others but is mentioned in the file maintained of the said incident. This MOM will also be the part of the incidence file. Due to the reason mentioned above BOD unanimously decided to expel Nilesh Zoting from RCP Bavdhan Elite. 2. Concerned Officials in the District will be informed of the expelling from the club by email. 3. PE will be Nominated by 15 March 2022. 4. File of Complaint received from Club Member in this regards & Record of Action taken ; will be maintained as a Club Record ; It will remain in the custody of the Current President and will be passed on to the next presidents. |
