| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of BOD Wednesday 16.3.22 @7.30 pm Zoom 1. Last BOD minutes were passed 2. President Tushar had requested all club members to send a mail to him or CS to show their interested in PE candidature. Only one mail was received , from PP Smeeta. 3. Smeeta is nominated as the new PE 21-22 4. Club To go ahead with Kalamahet school Project of Happy School. 5. Kalamshet School has given our club a list of repairs / work which they want us to do urgently. Completion of which will enable the school to obtain ISO certificate . 6. Eg Toilet blocks, linoleum on floor of 2 rooms , certain repairs and amenities in kitchen , chairs ….. so Nemade ji has offered to make survey and submit the estimate of Toilet Blocks , Linoleum to the board and offered sum of Rs. 200000. 7. Podium will be donated by our club to Virangula kendra; which will fetch us some publicity ( PI) . Approved by BOD. 8. To get the feedback of Reusable sanitary Napkins from CDG school. 9. For Furever Friend Project every member to get some attendees. |
