CS Shilpa made secreterial announcements 5 year old Annet Nived's Rotary info speech stole many hearts Rth. Chandrakant narrated his successfull experiance of Rotary connects & appeal for Kalamshet school donation, followed with Palkhi wari experience sharing participated by Rtn. Beena, Rtn Prashant & prez. Smeeta Rtn. Tushar guided members to get registered on Rotary Dist 3131 app meeting ended with Thanksgiving

Minutes of Meeting	First BOD Date. 15 th July 2022 Time 7:00 pm @TBT Bavdhan Members present Smeeta,Shilpa,Prachi,Aparna,Dipali,Yogesh,Chandrakant,Tushar,Pramod,Arpita,Bina,Teju,Atul Each director spoke about their work for next month New Gen Director Shubhada Dhake was absent so president Smeeta spoke.. -1) To donate school uniforms to Shankarrao Dhone Vidyalay - Garade school 2)To donate footwear to Garade school children CS Shilpa to find out the no of beneficiaries and cost 3) To complete the formalities with District to form the Interact Club Service Director Arpita 1)There are four certificates to be given to the Drs and CAs in Bavdhan with BODS suggestion 2) Cervical Cancer Detection camp to be arranged in Chellaram Hospital President Smeeta and Dir Service Project to find out more details on :- * Identifying the Doctor who will be with us in the project. * Remuneration of the Doctor. *Date and Time of Project will be held. * Number of Manhours required . *Number of Kits procured frm district * How to approach and bring beneficiaries * Kit Amount charged to beneficiaries. 3) Another District project was put forth by president . To give Hepatitis-B vaccine to the people , Vaccine made available for Rs 20/- each. No Decision was taken on this matter. Dir Environment 300 saplings were ordered for Donation to BCF to promote green cover in local area Club will bear the cost of Transportation of Rs 3000/-. BCF will take the responsibility of Plantation, Pits etc & future maintenance of the Saplings. Director PI Aparna Name plate project will be done The cost of each plate is Rs 600/-for 8*4” steel plate The cost of plate will be borne by the Members and fixing will be sponsored by Rtn Atul. 2)Screen saver logo of Rotary Wheel to be displayed on every members laptop and mobile in the month designated for Public Image of Rotary. with the help of IT Tushar 3) (i)One standee was handed over to Dir Prashant for Printing of the Celebrity Flex , (ii) one blue Welcome Flex of club &(iii) one more standee which is with smeeta, to print PI related flex.
