| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of Strategic Planning mtng Strategic planning meeting (Phase 1) was held today on Zoom. It was a good brainstorming and team members freely spoke and voiced their opinion on the subjects discussed. Strategic planning meeting Dt 28.7.22, on Zoom, at 7.00 pm Attended by PE Aparna Mahajan Pres Smeeta Shitole IPP Tushar PN Shilpa Shinde PP Arpita Guha SWOT ANALYSIS Club STREANGTH : 1. Well Established members 2. Different Classifications of members 3. Members are ready to contribute for projects. 4. All age group members : club has a flavor of youth. Club WEAKNESSES : 1. Lack of Anns Participation 2. Less Male Rotarians 3. Less participation of members in District Event 4. Doing less Synergy Projects 5. Meetings are long 6. Lack of Mentoring to new members. We have to discuss in future (1) OPPORTUNITIES & THREATS to the club (2) Membership (net growth, new classification) (3) Signature Project ( service project), (4) Youth ( do we start Rotract Clubs, add Interact Clubs) (5) Foundation (Target of APF, Num of Member Contributing to APF) (6) Public Image (FB, Youtube Channel) (7 Environment : What would the Club like to do in environment avenue : Tree Plantation or Water Sanitation |
