| Minutes of Meeting | MOM of Meeting Date-20.08.2022 Venue- 'Anish' Nemade House Time- 9.00 am. Meeting started with Breakfast fellowship arranged by JCS Dipali from restaurant Khau Menu- Sandwich, K-wadi,Upama, Tea coffee,Flowers for 20 attendies(Exp.Rs.2965) Thanks to Excellent homemade Egg pudding sponsored by Devika. 1.Prez. Smeeta called meeting to order. Rtn.welcomes guests RYE Linda (Germany)& hosts, Princ. Bagul. 2.Ann Priyanka Kolhe provided Rotary bytes abiut "Rotract through decades" 3.Prez. shed light on upcoming cervical cancer project, Salsa event , Garade school uniform donation project.JCS Dipali made secretarial announcements. 4.Kalamshet principal Mr. Bagul introduced by PP Chandrakant 5.Princ. Bagul narrated his journey of 'Adarsh School ' & experiences there of hard life cjoices faced by adavisi children and suggestions of overcoming them. He thanked host club for all donations done. 6. P. Bagul felicitated by PP Chandrakant by traditional Shawl & Shriphal. 7.Rtn. Beens Introduced RYE student Linda from Germany. 8. Ms.Linda shared ppt about herself and her nascent experiences in India. She was felicitated by Prez. Smeeta with Stoll and gift they also exchanged club flags. 9.Ann Priyanka Kolhe was also felicited by Prez. Smeeta she is leaving to Sheffield (UK) for her masters. 10. Leonardo(Italy-RYE ) incoming student to district welcomed by Rt. Savita was introduced by Rtn. Beena. Felecited by Prez. Smeeta with gift . 13. IPP Tushars birthday was celebrated by cutting cake sponsored by Prez. 14.Prez Smeeta sponsored gifts 15. Anagha concluded with Thanksgiving to all attendies, Prez.
