| Minutes of Meeting | MOM of BOD meeting Date: 3rd October 2022. Present members: Smeeta , Shilpa, Arpita, Chandrakant, Savita, Dipali, Tejashree, & Atul 1) New members home visit feedback. Dipali send membership forms of prospective members. Home visit done: waiting for BOD approval. 1. Surendar Bedkihal 2. Mukesh & Madhura Deshmukh 3. Padmanabh kulkarni 4. Manohar Modgekar Home visit pending : 1. Vibhav Agharkar 2. Ajit Degwekar 3. Yogini Vaidya 4. Dr. Satish Dhage 2)Installation postponed till pending home visit and BOD Approval . 3) District Projects : Submitted by president Smeeta. 1. Baby warmer to Hospital : cost Rs. 10000 from club. 2. Asmita Project : 1000 daughters beneficiary. Cost Rs. 69000. 3. Women empowerment: from Kalyaninagar NGO. 1 year training for fashion designing. Cost Rs. 10000 for per women. Can be sponsor for club members. 3) Club Admin: Tejashree will put on group for meetings , bawarchi day, kojagiri, and Diwali. 4. Furry Friend Event : Date: 20 November 2022 Time : 11 am. to 5 pm 1. Speakers 2. Info about Army Dogs, stray dogs rights, Ramp walk of dogs, , know how trained dogs help to blind people. 3. Sponsorars :Venky, Bajaj and any others to find. Stalls for fund raising . Donations from animal lovers : relatives, friends, participants. 5) Need to fix date for Kalamshet School visit. 6) Aparna Mahajan request to postpone her presidential year. She will send her resignation (PE) to president Smeeta . |
