| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Manoj has consented to be the Club Admin with Savita coordinating remotely. Anns will be part of the committee and help with the programs. 2. Announcement of fees- Single- 20,000 club + 5000 in trust Couple- 25000 club +10000 trust Satellite- 12000 club This needs to be put on the membership group and collect fees. We need to know the right number that’s joining. Devika will join the satellite club. 3. Interact date of installation will be communicated by Gauri, probably be done by the month end. The number has now increased to 200 students. We now have 3 interacts, so we have to budget for all. A friend of Pres. Yogesh has offered a donation of 15000/- for schools. Patas interact club has been installed and needs to be reported on the site. Smeeta to give the detailed charter to IT dir.Tushar. Garade school interact can be installed either on 5th or 12th August between 9 and 11:30 am Saturday. Shilpa will coordinate the program (felicitate Mr. Desai too) There are 83 students in this school. 4. Project CPR- Dr. Santosh Dhage will form a team , announce it on the BOD and coordinate by the end of this month. Dr. Sapna Jain has offered her clinic for the first meeting. President can be around to initiate. 5. Change of bank signatories- the new team needs to be given on a letterhead, signed by at least 5 BODs and handed to the bank along with their Aadhar and pan card, KYC, Photo. All to go on the same day. Letter must have a BOD resolution (Tushar has the format) Chandrakant N will coordinate that. 6. Trust meeting for the change report of managing committee members- Tushar has the format, will do both these on the same day. 7. Yearly calendar- Will have a zoom meeting to plan the year. Manoj and Savita will let us know the date. Request from Aparna to ask each member about their vocations. 8. Pre pets- Pres. Yogesh updated with the details. 16 members have done group booking, all arrangements have been finalized. We reach on 26th, 27th AGs and Presidents will reach. Evening gathering. 29th morning breakfast and check out. The managing team stays on for another day or two to wrap up. A team has to be delegated for work assigned for the event. Atul will decide a day for the meeting. We need all hands-on board. 9. PI dir. Prashant has opened an Instagram channel and has started posting on FB and Insta. He’s promoting on the PI group as well. He needs a list of new members after induction. He will continue the nameplate project from last year as well. 10. District ECOComm projects will be unveiled on 23 July. We need to have beneficiaries ready. Dhaga is one such project. Literacy project also- where the club can approach senior citizens and take a session on digital literacy. Dir. Aparna has a list of projects and will start taking enrolments. Two visits have been fixed 28th Sept, Saturday- visit to Mercedes Benz. Max no. 20 pax. Another one will be in February. 11. Kalamshet school breakfast program for 15 students-5500/- per month is required for this. This can be a continuous project by asking members to donate on birthdays and anniversaries. Tejashree will put up a list of donors on the RCP group and finalise the money. 12. Aanganwadi happy school- more supplies and resources needed. Chandrakant N will give a report after a survey and post details on the group. We can take a call after that. 13. IT director has uploaded the installation on the district website. 14. Our rank is 12th on the website. 15. Pres. Yogesh, Tushar and Smeeta will set up the goal setting for this year.
