| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of meeting BOD#2 Date-04/08/2023. Friday at 9.00PM on ZOOM Attendies- Yogesh,Tejashree,Tushar,Chandrakant,Manoj,Padmanabh,Parag,Shilpa,Prachi,Ravi ,Arpita,Dipali,Smeeta,Savita.Prashant.Atul 1.Ist session of CPR to be held on 5th August at Pebbles II at 9.30am, Dr. Sapna Jain will give demo CPR with Pillow as Dummy, Rs 1000 sanctioned .further Budget to be allocated in BOD as project proceeds. 2.PrePets preperation Dinner meeting to be hosted at Anish on TTMM basis of 15 Club participants with DGE Shital and Umesh to guide ahead from 6.30PM to 9.00.PM on 7th August2023. 3.DG visit on 29th September 2023,Venue is TBT, Sec.Tejjashree to send Invites,All Directors to send PPT by5th September to IT off.Dipali, PPT Template shared already .New member Induction proposed on the day. 4.AG visit proposed around 15th September at RIIMS, President to confirm date with AG, and venue with RIIMS and shared with Club. 5.12th August Club meet planned by CA Manoj at RIIMS /Zoom details to be posted earliest , Last years 2 inductees to be included for "Know your Members" concept and Prospect members to be invited. 6.IPP Smeet's proposal of New Club RC Patas Elite proposeed to be sponcered by RCPBE as old RCP Patas is closed for non payment of dues. Above Proposal is put forward by IPP Smeeta for BOD approval,IPP to arrange mire details about members on BOD. 7.Rotract club formalities to be complered in August for induction of fresh batch of students at RIIMS. 8.CSR application to be completed by trustees with CA Amol. 9.CSR project at Sirgaon of RS 6.00 Lakh proposed by Satellite Chair. Sucheta Jagwani to be taken. Our club to be Co-Host and RC Poona Club approached for being Host Club due to FERA act Exposure. 9.Kalamshet school Breakfast project payment details to be given by President and names of Donors of club to be announced by Sec Tejashree in monthly Club meetings,Convener Chandrakant to superwise the happy school service project. 11.Divyang 9 year old Boy is needing Rs.40000 worth.This hearing aid. Hearing aid donation service project to be completed with funding of Rs.15000 from Goverment Grant, Satellite Club contribution of Rs. 10000 And Rs. 15000 donation by Prachi. Convener is IPP Smeeeta. 12. CSR of Rs 5 Lakh Proposed by good offices of President Yogesh's Friend to be used in Bavdhan vicinity for Impact Project. Details awaited from Prez. 13. Rs 15000 donation per month till June 2024. By friend of President Yogesh is awaited after completing trust formalities of 80G. 14.Dates of Induction of office bearers of our Interact club at Garade to be given by PE Shilpa in August in consultation with School.. 15.Membership Dir. Atul to process prospect member list for Induction formalities provided on club/BOD group by treasurer Chandrakant. 16.It was a Sense of House next Club meeting to be of physical attaindence. |
